It's completely external right? I used to have balantis sometimes and if it's completely external it's from skin irritation. You'll really panic but it's normal especially as you get older. The solution is gentle but detailed washing, such as with hand soap or face soap. Never use something harsher, I've had that make it worse.

Also it is a good habit to pee after sex but it is not always possible. It's the main reason men get fewer UTIs than women, we have a much longer urethra and peeing and gravity makes it much harder for bacteria to reach the ideal colonization spots on the other side. But have enough bb sex and it's just a matter of time, don't think of it as a safeguard it merely lowers the chances a bit.
