Hamilton County (where Carmel is) is not a good place to go for anything that you can't write home about. There are a couple exceptions. But not many. Head south to Indy.

It's been a couple of years since I've been to the place on north Shadeland. Never see it mentioned so I thought what the hell. It used to be consistent for a solid massage and handshake. Idk anything about this one but I'd be suspect. Very rarely will a hot one post on CL in Indy. I'd proceed with caution on this one. Idk for sure just going off experience with CL ads here.
