Agree with this statement. Once busted they never come back. Deleting websites, logs, emails and etc would be considered destruction of evidence or obstruction. That's why you see websites persist for a while until closed by LE or the hosting company for non payment.

The victim wasn't killed, according to the article. Which is probably how they were able to arrest the kidnappers. If they actually killed her they probably would have gotten away with it, or at least wouldn't have gotten arrested so soon afterward.
