I've been on seeking for few years and what I do is use snapchat. I usually only send one picture if they verified themselves with like social media accounts or another form with me and they are worth it. If there not OK with it I just tell them I'm verified on seeking (which I know some might like that) and that's problem move on. With snapchat you can send them a that moment selfie and it'll be sent like a Instagram story so they can only view it once and if they screenshot the picture it'll tell you they did but they have to be quick once the open because closes quick and another is if you send them a picture through snapchat messages and what I do also is as soon I send it and they viewed picture snapchat tells you I delete automatically from snapchat message so they don't save picture.
