That was then, last few years following Covid where LE was essentially told to stand down and let SW's, Hobbyists and open drug use. But after several shootings, hookers blocking traffic, walking around nearly naked, needles and condoms on people's yards, the city council recently passed an ordinance against loitering in certain areas. The new law will most likely target the customers much more than the walkers. Looks like the new law, unless over-turned will take effect on Oct 18th.

Things here are completely different than in Cali. You get better quality for your money down there. There are some fun providers but Cali will always be in my heart with how cheap / easy was compared to here.

Welcome to Seattle. There are a number of providers on TNA that have "Newbie Friendly" on their profiles. See them and ask them for a vouch to start building up references. Another approach is to see brand new providers who also do not have vouches. May result in a bad appointment, so that is a little risky. When I first start on a new board, I find a lady and then send her a nice note letting her know that I have National reviews on boards like TER and P411. Many here travel and accept P411 where providers from other states / cities can give you vouches. Just a few examples. Hope that helps.
