I can understand the temptation but that is a very dangerous situation. Best to step back, way back. Even a whisper to management about "old white guy / young black girl" will have you out the door in a heartbeat. People are probably already taking notice. Be careful even in casual conversation with her. The problem now is that she might start some shit if you give her the cold shoulder. You're already in a bad position on this, tread carefully and don't make it worse.

And stop doing "small favors" for her, especially if it's "unethical" stuff. That will bite you in the ass like a pitbull.

Based on how you describe her, tatted up young black woman who seems open minded with morals, she most definitely would be interested it sounds.
