It's always a bit nerve wracking when I go to a location that is new especially when I see it's a massive multi-story single complex. I can attest that one LA location in particular is a headache. Yes, if it's first time to a location go 5-10 minutes early. You will still be a little late after confirmation. Consider it a trial of if the new girl / place is worth it. When I visited OC I visited various complexes. All of them were much harder than SD. Two of them required me to drive 5 floors up after reaching the apartment. Then the elevator was broken so I spent 4 minutes waiting for it to never arrive before taking the stairs 5 floors down. Other people commented on the elevator being broken a week. It is the only elevator. I have heard some LA locations are even worse.
