No side effects for me. I take it year round. 100% covered by insurance and 40 dollar copay on the std test / blood work 4 times per year. Makes it easy to show your partners the std results and it costs less, at least for me. Mark cubans drug company also offers PrEP for almost free. But you still need to get a prescription / regular lab work. So best bet is to go through plushcare or mistr because they make it easy.

I have used services like plushcare before, but mistr is another. I prefer going in person for the lab tests, so mistr isn't an option for me. I've heard that in some major cities like NYC there are nonprofits that you can go to that make it easy. Of course you can always ask your regular doctor. It is 2024, but you still could run into them not being as informed.

Kinda how I look at it too. I won't fuck a girl who is high volume raw, and there have only been a few (all in the last few years) whom I have gone bare with. The first one was a very well educated professional and provided a recent test. There have been a few others as well, but I have to get the right vibe.
