To keep a long story short I visited savannah recently. In the past it's been sort of cat and mouse for the past couple of years trying to finally meet up with her. You walk miles on top of hot coals to get one meet up and you can't even do what you came to do. Now not all providers I've met has done this, and Savannah is one of the more nicer ones, but it just sucks.

Any insight to those two things?

1. Not to be a smart azz or Captain Obvious, but do you think you could address size issues upfront prior to meeting? As you are negotiating rates and menu through text or phone, could you ask her what size appendage is acceptable? Then when she responds ask, "is there a size that is too big for you?" Or 'do you have a limit of size you'd like to avoid?' Don't say your size until she gives a response or range. If you are close to her limit, could you reveal your size and ask her if she'd be willing to accommodate you anyway? So it seems like addressing the issue, and if she has a size that is too big, that could allow you to avoid wasting your time and hers. Would that work for you?

2. I hear you, it stinks and we all have to deal with this lovely 'stuff!' I think you could head down to HD and purchase the extra large barrel of patience. I get where you are at and the frustration as I use to be there. I guess I have mellowed somewhat over the years, but many times its frustrating. It took me a while to recognize that most providers are drug addicts and as such the addiction runs their life.
