Your issue is that you are Caucasian. It was a Chinese guys only place. Then they opened it up to non Chinese who have referrals. Then it was anyone. Based on what you wrote, it sounds like they are either back to entirely Chinese guys only or you need a referral. Or maybe it's something about you that they don't like.

I never get why people want to give business to a place that clearly doesn't want your business. Maybe it just me who don't get it.
