Saw Vera and it was a great experience, but a little odd at first. Walked in and she is very accommodating, she wants to be the one to take your shoes off, from the shoe laces to the belt; even hang everything up. If you are new to the agency, they want to make sure it is the guy in the picture. I've heard some of them passed screening and send different guy who is not passed screen or something. They need to protect them too. Just like you said, if you don't want to sent selfie, just avoid it. Simple.
