I cannot speak on the DW diner as I have not been there. But I believe the middle room in Hooksett Lavender spa has ceiling bars. I recall having this done once, and believe it was there. It was too hard, for my taste, so I didn't perhaps make more note of it. Although I should have! Perhaps call and ask them before you visit. Also vaguely recall seeing ceiling bars the one and only time I went to Aqua Therapy in Londonderry. Again cannot really confirm on that, but calling either place could help.
