My opinion is that whether or not she is "legit" isn't the only concern. Plenty of providers are legit, but have real issues. Addictions. Angry boyfriends. Emotional disturbances. Retaliatory personality disorders. Blackmail potential. Do you want to take that risk to see a new provider? Is the reward worth the risk?

Think too of the monger community. Once a few guys wimp out and send selfies, we all are expected to do it. If we each hold firm, she either gets out of the hobby, or decides she really doesn't need your photo. Only needs your money.

I've switched sides on the issue of sending a photo of myself to a provider. I used to think it was a relatively harmless way for a provider to feel more comfortable seeing a new client. As noted, the legal consequences may be negligible. But remember, these are women of untold addictions and inabilities to maintain normal relationships. One dude found his photo was blasted on social media as a "man who sees prostitutes". So, I may be way off here, but I'm assuming the provider didn't need a photo until you changed numbers is because she tags your phone number with your photo. That means that any time you call, she sees a picture of you and knows you are ok. Which is great in theory. My question is, what happens if she were to get busted? They confiscate her phone just when you happen to call. What happens when they see your picture on her phone associated with your phone number? Is that a legal grounds of criminal activity? They certainly would know who to look for at the incall location.

Maybe I'm being paranoid here. I have a lot to lose in my real life, so I don't see enough upside to revealing my true identity in an illegal activity. I guess that just means more picking for those of you that are comfortable with it!
