You can call it bait and switch, but it's not meant to be in a bad way. Sex work for Korean citizens anywhere in the world is illegal and could get jammed up when they return. Many still have families / parents and don't want their faces on an escort site. Agencies respect that and the girls choose what pictures they want to use.

Kind of a general rule, but still not 100%, if it's a selfie with their face hidden by the phone or their hand etc. It's probably them. If their face is completely showing probably not. Some are beginning to put real pics but very rare and the agency will probably say 'real pics' in the girl's ad.

You're probably not getting the girl in the pictures, You are getting the girl you ask for. You can ask the booker for what you want.
