And now the strike is over. Club is too good apparently. Not sure why they complain when they themselves are probably the same "money hungry" So with inflation business wants more money, and then they post "show love and appreciation tonight guys" come drop some $$$ on us and show us that you love us and tip us well. So aren't they greedy as well wanting more money just like the business?

As you said "money hungry", of course they're going to complain if the start losing the thing the want most. Most greedy people don't want to share.

The only time I saw management be "rude" to anybody was an old asian guy. I was sitting behind him when I see a girl go up to him, talk a little business, then walk off. He then waves over one of the bouncers that do their walkarounds and asked him loud enough for me to hear "do you have any girls that will do blowjobs for $200? That girl was crazy, she wanted $400. " LOL the bouncer was like "uhhh sir prostitution is illegal here, we don't do that. " LOL come on gramps. Keep it on the down-low. And even then the bouncer wasn't rude, just stern and shocked he was so blabby about it.

Damm I actually feel for the girls when that happens. Got to perform on an old guy who is just not cool / mature about the experience / offerings, or some male Karen who's going to ruin the vibes "I heard I can get this for $$$ on a forum".

I been kicked from Synn before for going into the restroom and throwing up in the toilet (had a little too much to drink pregame / I wasn't drunk or anything, just couldn't hold it down) and the noise was enough for them to kick me out. I wasn't mad or anything it was my fault. Probably saved me anyways from making some bad investments 😂.

I had a buddy come one time and he thought he would take some sneak pic of the stage while I was in VIP (he's not use to the environment LOL) and they caught him, told him to delete whatever's on his phone, then left him alone LOL. I was more mad at him then anything LOL.

The Rhino Staff are very rude, f* Rhinos.

For the most part they've been cool to me (waitresses, doormen, bouncers, etc.); even the infamous Melissa at worst is neutral with me.

Check out this tidbit: "Hi there! I'm the one who started the most recent lawsuit against the Rhino nearly 3 years ago. It was started because a GM that was there was exploiting us for tips and I found through our new contracts it was illegal for management to take tip from us. This lawsuit is going to be mediated in October after years of back ans fourth ".

She has a point, now as employees it's no different than a restaurant manager demanding a cut of the waitress' tips.

In any case the great Adam Smith observed that landlords will squeeze tenants with higher and higher rent until they can no longer pay, then back off a little. The same thing happens with strip clubs and strippers.

It's kind of black and white, by default they are quite polite that is the SR way. But any problem that happens, they are going to be very rude to either you, or occasionally the dancer. They have to be rude to someone in other words.

The stupidity never ceases to amaze me with these women. You hit the nail right on the head. The hourly rate they make is still very good for their education / work experience level. These women are so short minded. Especially the ones that short change us on time / service in the lap dance area, because in their mind, the repeat business coming from doing a good job for 5-6 minutes is just not worth their time as if it's that exhausting to put forth a good effort for 5 minutes, and still expect a 5-10 tip, which is essentially 50% tip, where I highly doubt they tip that much when they go out to a restaurant.
