Just my two cents but I don't think there is such a thing as 'going back too soon'. Especially since it has been a week. If you find a provider you like, my take is to take advantage of the good service while you can. Who knows how long she'll be there.

I would say not to soon. Establish that rapport, and a hint of more interest. After this visit you should be able to gage the frequency better.
