I can't lie, I was actually scammed just yesterday, I knew it wasn't right but I kept going anyways. Half of the scammers weren't even that good either, 2 had poorly done photoshop and another went from needing 40 dollars to fix their phone to 20, while sending me the pictures they claimed were broken. I just posted what was told to me by reliable LEOs. You guys can take the info as you choose.

But, I did ask that very question about solicitor phones and privacy. I was told, if they are up on a girl's phone from the ad, any device that contacts them for solicitation is covered under that initial warrant type for that phone they are up on. They do not have to get a separate warrant for each monger that contacts her number in a manner equal to solicitation. This is a state by state thing and NC is the second state to "move the goalposts" in this area.

Again, I have no rebuttal and what anyone feels is correct, is fine by me. I just passed along what I was told, being that it will now be a felony, and will not respond again.
