I know there are men's 'saunas' over in Doraville, etc, but don't think I've ever seen a 24-hour place in Cobb.

Cobb County law says saunas / spas / massage can only be open until 10 pm; customers cannot even be in the building beyond that time.

Mostly older ladies who seem friendly. The owner sophia is a tease for new people though she has been fun in the past.

Recently went to Pearl Foot up 85. Walked in and two ladies were sitting up front knocking down shelled nuts like the last supper. Not attractive by any means but didn't feel like wasting time bouncing around. Long story short, massage quality was a 9/10, provider was a 5/10 in looks, and ending was a 7. 5/10. OTC only which I'm not a fan of. Damage 1. 2 won't be back. Plus they are charging 30 dollars for a table shower.

Used to go there a lot but the girls who come in and out are hit or miss. They had 2 of the best MT I ever had and then some uggos that persisted too long.

The manager was always legit. She touched it once tho, but the staffs mostly all did extras.

She was known as "Lee" not sure what she goes by nowadays. These girls change their names once in a full moon, so don't get too excited about that.

She used to work at Coco massage on Canton Rd. I don't remember her name there anymore.

This is a great point. You are in a completely different mindset lying on that table than she is standing over you. And especially if you are already feeling lonely and needing affection, you are in a disadvantaged position. They have the power then and they'll use it to get more money from you. Remember they want everything you brought with you not what the "fair" rate is. Being able to say no and essentially walk away is the most powerful position to be in when you're dealing with any sales person. They're banking on the fact that you won't be able to do that when you're in an aroused state.

Man I really appreciate you guys! Reading why'all comments made me realize a bunch of things. I don't care what nobody says this is the best and most supportive community LOL. Again it was really help full reading every comment. Thank you for keeping it real and giving actual feedback on things. I would not be seeking MP anymore but I'll for sure still get regular massages and if one day services are offered without me looking for it why'all going to be the first ones to know haha.

I was speaking of metro Atlanta area in general. I read that these mandates are coming from Governor Kemp.

There aren't any in Cobb. The only spa in Cobb is therapy plus. The latest AMP that I know of is PZ. They close at 10, sometimes later.

Damn I didn't know they weren't allowing new licenses for 6 months. They mentioned a couple other spots too that weren't busted but they're still in the article. I was going to check them out now I wonder if that's a good idea.

Why are some 24/7 KAMP spots allowed to continue but these AMPs getting shutdown left and right. The obvious would be they're bribing but it doesn't make much sense from an optics standpoint if they're running on "cracking down" on illicit activity.

And because you are lying naked in a room with a stranger, your brain is more vulnerable and trusting. But her brain is at work, she is not vulnerable like you. Us old timers talk about this a lot on this forum because we know the dangers of confusing hope with what is an explicitly transaction-based relationship.

I think there are a couple of scenarios. I agree, don't expect them to be a cure for loneliness any more than your barber. When the haircut is over, they want you out of the char.

You can talk about what's going on in the world, talk about kids, generally be a friendly person and not just a perv. Woman who are real masseuses and licensed may or may not 'play ball'. They are usually better to work with to me because they have make a conscience choice to be there and in most cases want to do a good job so you return. M They want to make money and in most cases send some of it home to family. It is a transaction, but if any of you work in a sales, service or hospitality environment it is a job, but you have customers you like and maybe don't like. You might enjoy seeing some customers because they are fun to talk to. I would say in some cases its the same here. Some people do in fact have relationships with these woman. The cultural differences are much greater than most people realize. A woman that has been here 10-15 years, is a citizen and has learned decent english is still likely to have some religious and cultural points of view that are extremely strange to most americans. You might flirt with them and joke around some, but you have to keep it simple. I had someone play me voice messages and show me messages from guys because they are using colloquialisms that might be common to the american using them, but the Chinese women don't understand. I do know a few that have married american guys and moved on with their lives. Some may spend a decade here and then return to China after they have made a next egg of money.

The unlicensed girls that rotate through stores and demand high tips in advance just want your money for sure. They don't want to be there and they are doing it because its the easiest way to make money quickly. Some of these woman may choose to eventually get a license if they have a green card and maybe turn into the first scenario. Some will return to China after they earn some money and have no plans to stay. They are typically single moms in their 30's that many perceive as younger. They probably don't speak enough english to do any flirting or joke around too much, so it's going to be more transactional. They might say silly things that they think you mind find sexy or they might do some weird "sexy breathing" thing. Trying to flirt with them is difficult and is really not wanted by them because they feel awkward not knowing the language.

Either way, if you are having fun they want you to 'finish' quickly. In the first case, they may provide you with more motivation with no or limited expectation for more money. If you go early, you will enjoy the balance of your time with a nice massage. In the second example, they want you to go fast and will want more money for more motivation and once you blast they expect you to leave.

The worst time to pay to be with a woman is when you are at all lonely. The hooker with a heart of gold is a fantasy that you learned from the movies. If her heart is gold, it is because she earned the money for a fancy heart transplant surgery.

You are paying her to work. She is working to get paid. Indeed, she is like a plumber or accountant or anyone else in the service business. In the case of AMPs, you are dealing with an entire different culture, one that probably seems somewhat exotic to you. She is working and like you, she wants to earn as much as possible. Your time with her is a forced date for her, and a one-sided avenue of pleasure for you. The good ones play along with it all because they know that they can make more money. They are not ill intentioned, any more than the cute bartender that you keep over tipping despite knowing that she will never ever date you. And as soon as you leave your stool (or the massage table), your temporary muse will be dishing the same work to the next guy.
