My burner does not have cellular service, so sure all those apps work fine without it. If you want a mobile number for calls / texts you can get the TextNow app (or others) in either store, pay the $3/ month and your number doesn't change. If you need your burner accessible "while mobile", just pickup a cheap prepaid SIM that includes mobile data and simply don't use the number, or enable hotspot on your regular mobile and hotspot through it from your burner.
