Screening is pretty quick can get done in a few minutes depending how much info you want to give. Standard I'd and selfie or references. The references can take longer just depending on your side and when they reach out.

I did the Aurora review below. She's good but not out of the park beautiful. Has nice MMs and decent IOP. Was up for 2 times but honestly we didn't click.

7/10 for looks and 7/10 for service. YMMV though.
