It's good to know that there is another cycling aficionado on this forum. I rode a fast 30 yesterday but I didn't get any post stress release like you did. I have aways wondered what it would be like to stop in at a local Korean spa such as Aqua wellness during a ride. How pleasant it would be to have a pretty attendant soap you down, then shower alongside in that immaculate spa followed by the steam room for a 10-minute cleansing prior to some good love making.

Mamasan could do my laundry while my provider raises my heart rate a few notches. That would be a good workout. Problem though I always wondered if I could make the return trip back home.

Getting back on topic: I agree there are a lot of assholes mongering these days even a few inhabit our little realm, but my experience is that they usually disappear or better, yet they conform to a gentleman's way of thinking.

I too read Rubmaps as a nonsubscriber as I thought it was a good way to get an idea about a place and providers.
