You're not going to find anything like that in franklin. If you do, you should avoid due to the many LEO busts that take place in that area. They were 18 Spa (Nov 2022) before becoming Health Spa and got raided on March 2023. They were staffed by an AMP in KY by old ladies at the end of their careers. When they first opened they were staffed by "tease and NO please" DIY ladies and I highly doubt there's anything more than that offered today. Visit them and report back.
