If you think about it, it is asking a lot though. For someone to give good service, they would have to have been coached, trained, or been around the block long enough to gain experience and improve with feedback constantly. Heck they might need to employ all three types of methods. Cross off Nadia on your list if you want high energy. She's lazy in her approach and will capitalize on it if you let her. She would rather coast through the session. That leaves Mila or Evian. Both fits well with what you listed. So Evian is now only seeing Asians which is a rather recent change. So that could be a deal breaker or a moot point to you.
