Yeah, she can be that way. It took 3 weeks of off-and-on texting to finally get to meet her, and it was fun. There were 5 different times that she canceled on me for various reasons. The funny part is that we are NOT supposed to waste THEIR time, but they seem to forget our time is just as valuable to us as theirs is to them.
