Pleasant repeat visit with Kate, a mature and petite Chinese woman. Kate is a well reviewed YMMV provider on both the UTR and Non AMP Massage threads. Currently advertising on MassageFinder.

Kate is very personable and proficient in English. Has a quiet and convenient office in Longwood with a shower. Shares the building -- but not the same room -- as Pamela (a / k / a Boston Pam). They are good friends. Kate has a lot of loyal regulars and am happy to be included on that list. She is worth a visit.

Don't know if I will be doing that LOL.

Damn! Do you think she would at least allow self service? I'd be very frustrated!

No, great services, but I have never had success. I have been at least a half dozen times for manscaping and massages.

My experience is that, sometimes, those are only just screening tools, and the reality might be quite different. That is why I ask. I can read. YMMV.

I regularly see a therapist for strictly therapeutic massage and generally tip $30 for an hour massage. Occasionally I'll treat myself to a 2 h massage and tip $40. My therapist is self-employed, so she's happy w / pretty much anything I give. I've only seen Monica on MF and gave her similar tips. I typically wouldn't see the $200 gals on MF unless there are existing reports of extra activity, in which case I'd tip accordingly.
