I'm a level 4 and didn't use k girls until recently. Been on Hx for about 14 or 15 years, and deleted my account once maybe 2 or 3 years in due to a relationship (never made that mistake again). I moved to Nashville in 2021 and the talent out here is pretty piss poor. Over priced and lacking in service. I went the k girl route since an agency opened up here and have been quite happy with the service. However, if I was still in Socal I'd still rather use hx as the talent moves on quickly and their is a language barrier. You didn't read what I said or you don't understand my cryptic message. If you are new with no networks, and you find that nobody replies to your PM, first pick those who have classified out on the same day. Second, look for level 4 or 5 because they are easy. They are more likely to accept you.

Level matters in the sense that if you were level 1, you would have a big network. You will have no problem. You can take a look at say KarinaSkye who is level 0. It takes a lot of ratings to reach level 1 but it takes a lot less to keep in it.

There are few level 5's so I included level 4. They are more likely to be hanging there for 10 years. Can you guess how old they are and how few PM's they receive? Some have staying power for their mind-boggling services but others advertise their newbie friendliness.

It doesn't matter if you are level 0 when you have multiple girls in your update network. When you keep seeing the same girls you don't get credits. When you keep seeing new girls with level 0 you don't get much credits. But once in a blue moon some clueless new indies or bookers don't reply to your PM. In the past, it's more common for providers asking to see level 1 minimum and clubs only accepted level 1 minimum. But that is more like a trick in the past. If you visit a different girl every week consistently for a few months, you are still level 0. That's the joke. But if you see a level 5 once, rumor has it that your rating will be boosted. I can't vouch for it since I never tried.
