This is one strange city. The only reliable working women are the Asians working for those agencies. Not all great, but all reliable and causing no problems. Most cities have a large number of working women, from the low end street walkers, to girls simply working to pay their way through college or supplement their regular incomes. Maybe that is why the Asians have taken root here. No competition.
