Every now and then you'll see some on Baltimore and Calvert going towards the strip clubs. There are some options in Brooklyn and the WW loop (Wilkins and Ramsey) isn't that far.

HF is house fee, or the cost of the massage session. Lot of the AMPs try not to offer half hour as an option, but I'm pretty sure he paid for the hour, not HH.
