I'd say they are more reliable than anyone from STG. I can't say you should trust anyone from there though. Eros verification means very little. They're only filtering out underage ads and confirming the person placing the ad is who they claim to be. Of course that does not guarantee the person you'll be meeting with is the same person who submitted the ad. I found no mention of std testing confirmation on their website.
