Try to catch a girl walking by herself and don't pull over in the middle of the street to try and pick up. Pull over and park ahead of her and she will walk to you. First Timer
Start by driving the full length of the stroll from end to end and back a few times to get a lay of the land. After that, continue driving back and forth looking for SWs. Presumably you know what to look for. If you do see someone, do not pull up directly. Make eye contact then pull over or turn a corner. She will come to you. Do not discuss $ until you have driven away a bit. If, upon closer observation, you decide not to proceed be prepared to apologize and give $5 or $10 for her time. Do not leave any cash or valuables in plain sight. Be prepared to drive for a long time because some hours there is nothing to see then suddenly a few will be walking. I did see another chick that looks like the one you were talking about. I was able to scoop her up one day but on the way to the parking location, she changed her mind. She said she was half Ukrainian and half Puerto Rican. Petite with curly hair. Cute face. I don't think she fully committed to being a SW. This one is often hanging around prevention point. Hopefully I'll have better luck with her another day.
Some of these girls are able to manage and play the SW game for a long time and be around for years. Others fall off fast. Some skip the whole SW phase and go straight to smelly homeless nutcase.
