Depends on if the provider has more appointments afterwards. I've been out with Japanese providers before for dinner as well, they just have to make sure their schedule is free. Lots are very willing to go out because most of the Chinese house managers only m ake Chinese fried rice or likebeef and broccoli. Depends on the provider, but I didn't pay extra to take her out to eat. She asked what I was doing after, and I said I'm probably getting some food. I was showing her some good options nearby and said lebanese taverna is decent. She said she's never had lebanese and sounded excited about it, so I asked if she wanted to join me. I took her back after, and she offered her line contact and thanked me a lot.

I've dated providers in the past, so if there's chemistry, you could get more outside of "work." You should be able to feel out how much you can push without disrespecting their time or arrangement.
