I've had it go both ways. Sometimes the negotiation in the VIP results in her dropping from her initial ask to something reasonable pretty quickly when she realizes that that's the only way she's going to make money beyond the room fee. Sometimes she holds to her number and I end up with a vanilla dance. Either way you have to stick to your guns and not let the little head take charge. I think more often than not she caves in my experience but that will vary depending on how hot / popular the girl is and how busy the club is. It's probably better to negotiate before going back and I often do. But I've also had dancers turn me down out on the floor and then accept that number in the VIP on the next visit.

A friend of mine was a strip club DJ / manager. He partook plenty. He used to joke he should sue for sexual harassment. Dancers would go into his booth, ostensibly to pick their tracks, and paw at him and more. Really from my understanding is that these clubs are money hungry with low mileage unless someone else can chime in. Most topless places have low mileage 'hence topless and non nude". Also the fact that VIP is cheap most of these girls really want big tips to do anything even if its just to touch.
