What is with the increase in Cuban dancers around Detroit? A local dancer stated it has something to do with the Florida clubs, anybody have intel on that?

Wayne county, along with three other counties in Michigan is a sanctuary county, so there's that.

I'm less sure about talking to the manager. I think what breeds that type of dancer in Detroit is the fact there's relatively little management oversight. Part of what allows Detroit's unique environment (extras) to exist is the fact management just kinda stays out of the way and collects the money. As a result, some dancers pick up on that in a different way and try to get away with more.

That said, yes, leaving the club altogether is always an option if it's bad enough. Definitely a last resort, but one that sends a message.

Also, don't worry about the other girls. If they thought high-pressure tactics were the way to go, they'd employ them, too. Most likely, they see dancers like that and dislike them just as much as you do because they take their customers, give the customers a bad time and make those customers not want to come back. There's a reason those types of dancers are few and far between.

Unfortunately, though, they make their money and pay their tip outs, so they're around. Learn the lesson. Put your foot down when you have to. If someone won't go away after you've made it clear you wanted them to, you're not the rude one, they are.

I agree the better girls don't like the high pressure girls, and think they are stealing their customers. I also agree the high pressure girls make some money and pay their tip outs. I do not think they are few and far between, but are in every club.

Leaving doesn't send any clear signal, guys leave all the time for a million reasons.

The manager is a good resource, because he doesn't know who is driving customers away. The high pressure dancers driving customers away and driving other good dancers away is something he cares about because the club makes more money with more customer and one less high pressure dancers tip out. The manager can't and won't do anything until he hears complaints from multiple customers about a specific dancer.

For me I'm always worried that if I'm rude to the girl I'm not interested in, word will spread and the ones I am interested in won't come over, even if I tip.

Though that is one thing that I'm still a bit bad about, I get nervous approaching a dancer and just like to hope they notice me and come over. XD.

D9976, What you state is a risk but a very low risk, and if a dancer is so influenced by what her strip club girlfriend tells her then she is not likely to be a good time anyway. Most dancers know how desirable they are to the average guy. She won't at all be surprised that you had to be rude to get rid of certain girls. She will not approach you if the other girl is sitting with you. She may in fact be waiting for that girl to leave to approach you.

Most girls are in the club to make money so I tip at the stage with the comment I would like some of your company is usually all that is necessary to have her coming to sit with you regardless of who else you rejected or how you rejected them.

It is very normal to get nervous approaching a pretty girl. It happens to many guys. It is time to get over that nervousness, as the girl I desire most are frequently in demand and rarely chase down guys who don't approach them. If you don't want a specific girl but any girl is acceptable, then you will have no trouble with many girls approaching you. The best girls have regulars and rarely need to find new customers.

I have run into girls like this in Dallas and Chicago, too. I think it's just part of the strip club scene.

I club in Chicago a decent amount and haven't run into anything like the example I gave.

Don't get me wrong, there are high pressure dancers everywhere. There are certain Vegas clubs where the girls are on you like a hawk.

The extremely high pressure dancer in Detroit is different, though. In the Vegas example, it's part of the club's plan. There's one club in Chicago where I think they encourage the girls to be quick about getting to the point about asking for dances or moving on.

This girl in Detroit wasn't so much selling me as she was arguing with me, talking a mile a minute and not letting me get a word in edgewise. It was more like shouting than a conversation and an order to take her to VIP. It wasn't until we were there that I realized the whole thing was being done with contempt on her part. She had no interest in making the experience good for me.

You don't encounter that elsewhere. Normal clubs, girls would get fired for that. Detroit clubs, I think girls can get away with it.

It probably wasn't the same girl, but a decade ago or so, I encountered a dancer in Detroit who was the pushiest, fast-talking-est dancer I've ever met. She was a short-haired blonde spinner with a punk vibe. She wasn't unattractive, plus, she offered a lot of services, talked herself up and, honestly, something about the confidence and aggressiveness was kinda hot at first. But I took her up more because I was disoriented and caught off guard than anything. Ultimately, the experience was awful.

Lesson learned. And that's the key phrase: You learn that if a girl is that in-your-face, something's amiss.

The lesson is this: It's your money. Don't spend it if you don't want to. Don't let a girl pressure, disorient or intimidate you into spending on her.

At some point, if you have to put your foot down and just say, "Sorry, no, go away please," do it.

I also hate being rude and my natural personality is to be an agreeable and happy guy.

But sometimes you have to put the big boy underwear on, and do what is necessary. I am more than capable of being rude if that is what is required.

Second this is the girls strategy. Sure she drives many customers out of the club but she doesn't care. If didn't follow this strategy she wouldn't get any VIPs at all.

Do not let some one sit with you if you are not interested in them. She is trying to occupy your time, hoping you run are out of time and are so horny you decide to try her.

Do not buy her a drink, do not make small talk with her, do not pay her to go away, and certainly do not take her back for a dance.

When she walks over simply say you are just settling in. Usually the girl will move on, she many make an angry face, or a mean look or even call you a jerk. Do you care, no all you want her to do is move on, so she isn't blocking other girls from joining you.

If she jumps into the seat next to you anyway. Say I am sorry, I am not ready for company please leave. If she ignores you then call the manager over and tell him that you are going to leave because you have asked this dancer to go away and she is refusing.

If none of those things works then leave.

I appreciate the advice. This happened to me last week (report. Scroll down). Some of these gals force you to be rude because they won't leave. I had this happen twice on Wednesday. The first chubby gals got the message and moved on. The second kept after me. Finally, just as stated, I was running low on time and said "fuck it" and we went back for a marginal round, at best.

Next this older dancer came over, also tats everywhere and she would not leave me alone,(again don't remember the name, I am horrible with those) she kept trying to pull me over the VIP and she made is sound like she was the best thing in the world, when I asked her how much she was quoting 5 for everything, I didn't want to be mean so I told her she was out of my range bought her a drink and eventually she left. There were a lot of younger dancers at BTs, I mean like 18 20 age wise compared to SC which mainly had the older dancers but most if the girls at BTs were just drinking with the dudes that were partying. Also there were 3 cubans there as well but they never got up from where they were sitting the whole time I was there, they just sat there on their phones and one of them was really hot so I would have liked to see what her price range was, maybe next time.

Dark hair, thicker? I stopped there a week or so ago and had to leave because an older girl did this exact same thing to me. Her breath was awful and she was aggressive about telling me how fantastic it would be for me if I took her back to the VIP. I was digging a younger girl but she was so oppressive to me that I just couldn't wait for her to free up, so I left All in I think I was in there for 30 minutes and she was on me for 25 of them. I said "Sorry, not interested" and even recoiled when she talked to me because of her breath. Ugh, I expect that at the cheaper clubs but I always consider BTs a nicer place.

OMG it sounds exactly like a dancer that pestered me incessantly at LS about 6 years ago. Just to get her to leave I took her back for a few dances which were lame and she smelled bad. Sure enough, about 6 months later we make first visit to SC and she's there and all over me. I somehow got her to leave, but she's a pita.

I went to H8 yesterday (Saturday), hoping to find Nicole or Cassie. Neither were there. I showed up right before night shift though, at 6:30 (if that's not already night shift). Are they still working on saturdays?

There were a ton (like 5 or 6) of cubans though. I thought the reports were false or something, but they were in there. I went into the back with one (Mirella I think; she's a bit stocky and the rest look better) for a CBJ at $. It was good, but I found I was having ED problems (long story). I cut it off at a few songs, giving her a tip. I maybe should have walked out after that, but I stuck around to try some other girls. While my ED problems did hurt the sessions, I still liked and would recommend:
