Rockford was my "go to" stroll from 96 to about 2015, which was until I discovered a Milwaukee. The Rockford stroll area has changed drastically the last 25 years, most definitely not in a good way. The stroll back then covered quite a bit of territory, mainly in the midtown area, several different streets. There were also many bikini bars and lingerie shops where there was plenty of action and take out, plus there were several hotels where they worked out of, all though I never tried it.

Picked up some real gems, a few had porn star bodies, some others were really attractive, I mean really good, nothing like the garbage you see here in Milwaukee now. LE were doing nightly stings back then, however my Radio Shack scanner would pick up everything they were up too, which quite honestly, was even more entertaining then chasing around SW"s and I'm being 100% serious. The stroll does still exist, but basically is a 3 or 4 block area on one street a few blocks from a police station.

It's so bad in Rockford now I don't even bother, as of a year ago you'd still see some activity but it seemed to be during the day only. At night the area just shuts down and turns into a complete ghost town, the few you see are mostly old and worn addicts of the worst kind.

Times change, it's a depressing experience now, just awful.

IMHO only the smart phone destroyed the streetwalker scene. Sure, before that there was Craigslist and Backpage, but you needed a computer or a laptop to access them. These women would burn all their bridges with family and friends and really, the only spot for them to land was on the Streets. Then came Smart Phones and the Government giving them away for free and suddenly women that would have landed in the streets immediately could access Backpage (and now STG), get a room at a $50 a night notel and charge $150 instead of $50. It also became much easier to scam without actually seeing anyone.

To me pretty much the only ones on the streets these days are the absolute dregs. Some have been on the streets so long they don't know any other way of life. Some are so deep into addiction and / or mental illness they can't even keep it together enough to handle paying a notel every day, or even hanging on to a phone for more than 2 or 3 days before they trade it for drugs or it gets stolen at a traphouse.

BTW, I'm not saying STG is all that either. Most are 1/2 step above streetwalkers and will at some point likely become a streetwalker if they can avoid an OD or jail long enough. Just pointing out that 10,15, 20 years ago most would have ended up straight on the street without the STG interlude.

Made several loops on Tuesday afternoon 2-4 on L, G, and and and only saw 4 slores, one older brunette could barely stand up on G and had a monstrous tit hanging out, nope!

The second one, a short brunette, with dark blouse and green panties just off G was in conversation and middle of a LEO check standing by the drivers door with a monger in a pickup truck.

Best looking slore of the day but already taken.

Well "they" say the average IQ is in decline, so I normally try a stick with females that are at least old enough to remember the 80's. They almost always give better BJs and understand men a way younger woman just aren't capable of anymore.
