I'm not the person who suggested this is a sting, but here is what I see that makes it unbelievable:

She's offering an hour for $125 - that's way lower than what anyone else is advertising on STG. Red Flag #1.

I will say, I'd bet on scam rather than sting. The lack of any meaningful location in the ad. Just "Atlanta" - seems designed to maximize responses, which a scammer wants, but not to maximize the number of guys showing up in person. Which is what the cops want for a sting. Either way, the whole ad is just too good to be true. If this was a meth-head looking girl advertising on a site down-market from STG, maybe I'd find $125/ hr plausible, but a hot girl on a site where women are regularly asking for $300/ hr is not going to sell herself for less than half that.
