Hi, Mitch. We've had this conversation at least 3 times. I acknowledge that getting a full 60+ minutes for you is high on your "what's important in a session" list.

It is less so for me. I'm paying for an overall experience and not a 1-900 pay by the minute phone call. As long as I don't feel rushed, I'm not worried about the exact number of minutes I get.
