STDcheck does do mycoplasma, I know because I just had the test done in addition to my full panel.

The typical treatment for Mycoplasma is a treatment of doxycycline followed by a treatment of azithromycin or moxifloxacin. Even after you get a negative test results, residual symptoms can last for a couple months.
