Was tempted to try SA again after 2 years, but reading posts from the last few weeks has me thinking otherwise. Moving in with my GF this fall and want to have a little fun before I do. I've been out of the sugar bowl for about 6 years, for multiple reasons. Was contemplating jumping back in, but based on reading this forum looks like things have changed.

Back in 2014 when I first dipped in, I could find a POTS in every city I traveled to. There was of course time consuming communication but "civies" in the 24 - 32 range were relatively easy to find. 300 ppm was good enough to find a good looking girl & good conversation & FC time. Of course there were flakes but overall if you put the time in, you would be successful. Good experience overall.

Reading though this forum I'm concluding that:

- 500 is the new standard.

- much more scammers, UTR escorts, and pic sellers.

- average age of SB seems to have increased by 5-6 years.

- just not seeing the "civies" anymore.

Is seeking the best avenue or other sites better?

Yeah I have to agree with all of this. I just let my subscription expire and not in any hurry to re-up. Seems like that magic combination of young, willing, drama free and reasonable allowance / PPM has dried up. You can find a reasonable allowance, but she won't be hot. She'll be hot, but you can't afford her (at least not regularly). Or 9 times out 10 she's a bot, or going to catfish you and when you meet she looks almost nothing like her pics. I did get hooked up on the whole fake young GFE but it's harder and harder to find.

You'll hear a lot of reasons why this is and there's only two that matter, in my opinion: 1) The Seeking app is no longer available on the iPhone. Most people worth seeing have iPhones and most 19 year old sorority girls don't log onto the web on laptops. The barrier to entry is effectively much higher to downloading the app and "just trying it out. " 2) The unemployment rate is effectively zero. One of my 20 year old SBs makes about $22,000 a year as a Starbucks barista part time. $17/ hr as a "manager" plus $6/ hr in tips. A lot of the civvies I saw eight years ago had empty checking accounts and just needed money for White Claw, Ubers and Uniqlo. Now anyone with a pulse can get enough money for those sorts of needs.
