It's a lot easier to allege sexual harassment when you have well-defined supervisory roles.

Thanks to the #metoo movement you can allege sexual harassment from anyone. Our company just went thru our yearly sexual harassment training just few month ago. What qualifies these days as harassment is insane. If you don't use the right pronouns its sexual harassment.

I've reported this a year ago at Synn. They usually never brought back my change at all or shorted me, even if I gave them a $20 they wouldn't give me $12 back and I had to track them down later for it. It always happened to me so now I give exact change and don't tip. It sucks and I don't like it, but I'm done with that. I'm just there for the girls.

This has never happened at Spearmint Rhino COI. I've bought a dozen drinks and they always brought exact change, so I always tipped them. I only tip honest people.

At Synn I always buy the required drink at the bar which avoids these issues.

Why should how dancers are classified matter? It's purely a tax issue.

An identical scenario with another manager whose name I believe was Tommy. But this was more than 25 years ago. He married one of their best dancers. I've forgotten her names. She had a dancer name and had been a successful "box cover" porn star using another name. I originally met her at Tl, but the problems that her husband caused led her to move to the now closed Strip Joint Pomona and we became excellent friends for a couple of years. She told me she was at SJP because of her marriage to the TL manager. Our original hookups at TL may have been before there were VIP rooms, so we were on the back couch. She offered it all up but Tommy was lurking and aggressively harassing both of us, so I just got out of there, and she moved on to SJP where she could be the kind of "entertainer" she was trying to be.

10-15 years ago my ATF at DVCOI was dating the DJ. With dancers now classified as employees, clubs have to be much more careful.

Of all years I've been clubbing, I only have this problem in Kim's club. I really dislike the way he runs his clubs, but he seems to have cornered the market.

They'll even standing around for a while hoping you'll double tip them. I wouldn't be surprise this happening at other Kim's clubs.

I don't know about these days. Back in the day during HT and TL heydays, dancers were hooking with male employees all time (off the clock). A couple of dancers even married bouncers or managers. I remember when the infamous Alana got marry to the manager Dennis. He got so jealous that used to just hang around the back couch whenever she was giving a lap dance, a total buzzkill. It got so bad that Randy had to put in a rule that couples could not work together, unless the guy was working the door outside.

She did bring back my change, but it was a dollar short. I normally don't count my change in front of waitstaff, I was taught that was rude growing up. I tipped her another dollar without knowing that she took her tip out already. It was until left, that I figure out she tipped herself. Like you said, it's 2 bucks nothing to get to overly upset about. I just remember reading on here some guys don't like tipping the waitress, so I thought just I post a warning.
