Yep its the little envelope.

HX girls are not the best at replying to pm's a lot of the time, so you may have to follow-up.

Or, depending on how much network you have, they may just ignore you altogether.

She's had multiple accounts in the past. I don't quite remember what her issues were but there was enough negative buzz that I stayed away until her recent return. Guess there was some truth to the old reports.
