You are the center of your universe but in the grand scheme of things we as individuals aren't that interesting or important enough for police to come after. My point is if they wanted to they could've gotten the information already there's no new law its literally their policy to give information to LEO if requested. No need to panic.

Just looked it up and WOW I had no idea this was going into effect end of this year. That's some serious shit. There's a clear greater incentive for LEO to up the ante in terms of cracking down on monger activity. Cash for sure going forward. Pretty meaningful game changer for the area and makes it even more critical IMO to leave as minimal of a paper trail as possible, such as not providing your full government name and identification!

We are all adults so you can do whatever the F* you want to do, but hopefully this opens up the eyes for some guys who have been doing that as a normal practice. Stay safe.

Not really. You can put any name on cashapp. I had a provider ask for cashapp and the name came up as "Ratchet Tony". I have friends who's cashapp doesn't have their real name.
