You are texting or contacting a scheduler so Emma isn't even in the loop yet. I would go to the search while in the DI section and type in "verification". There is tons of info on the process and all of your questions have probably been answered before. I would go with less is more as others have pointed out. No need to try to find out lots of info before you get verified. Just keep it simple and ask to be verified. After just text the number of the lady you are interested and ask about availability. Things should flow from there. You probably don't want to annoy the schedulers.

You're not getting the girl personally. It's a booker. The regular booker is on vacation this week. I would also text rather than call. Probably get better results.
