If you use mobile app you can see the location they are actually logged in as closest to the city or county. As I remember, seeking gave only the country. Then we can compare what they say about location in profile. It is a good feature to weed out scammers. Also SDs or (anyone) can comment on profiles and those comments are public. I would use those with a grain of salt though.

The major drawback of SDM is much less number of profiles compared to seeking. But both sites have fare share of scammers, time wasters and bots. I have had good luck with SDM so far.

100% agree. If you post or send someone else's photos to them, you can't complain them catfishing or not representing themselves. It goes both ways. I try to get them to video call before the meet up so that we both have a good idea who we are meeting. You have to make them comfortable and feel safe (at least the type of girls I am after), then the rest is easy.
