I agree. I go into each situation with low expectations and look to make the most of it. These girls live very difficult lives. Often I am amazed by how well they treat us despite that. If mongers cop an attitude that just makes things worse. Someone has to take the higher ground. And I suggest that in general we live better lives than they do and therefore it is easier for us to laugh it off when we run into a bad apple or when she is having a rough day. Show some empathy and you will get her to deliver the best that she can in that particular situation. Once she starts trusting you, you can expect more.
