Late review. Saw this provider last month based on a recent recommendation here on the boards.

Comms were good. First reply took a couple hours. Maybe 3-4 hours. Then it was all quick and clear. Nice location, private and very clean. She's easygoing and attentive. Never felt rushed one bit.

Thanks for the info on Sarah, I have been interested in her for a while.
