I was in the area for work and had some free morning time. With all the mixed reviews of IBC Spa I decided I would go and find out for myself. The area as previously described is spot on. Lots of empty stores and people hanging around the area. I believe one of the reasons they hang near this spa is because there is a liquor store on one side and a chicken place on the other. I went in and rang the bell, it was answered by a lady wearing cut-off jean shorts and a shirt. She took me to a room and asked how long. An hour is 70 and table shower is available. She took my money and said to get undressed and she came back with change and a towel. In the shower which also serves as the bathroom she soaped me down and gave me a nice scrubbing. During the shower I asked her name and she said Meme. Another review gave a description of NeeNee which described this provider. Back in the room she placed a towel over my back and climbed onto the table and started massaging my back. She was straddling my back and moving up and down my back as she massaged me. When she finally got off the table and arrived at my head, I reached to rub her legs and butt with no resistance, but over the clothes only. On the flip, she pointed to junior and said "okay?" I nodded yes and she got some lotion. The combination of the lotion and hand resulted in an explosive ending. She cleaned everything up and finished massaging the rest of my body. Through out the massage we had some small talk about different things, she did tell me that she is 60 years old. All in all, the experience was good, nice massage and I left relieved. On a positive note, the rooms have full length walls and doors, but there is a sign hanging on the wall, sex and illegal activities are not allowed.

I think it was 300 or 350. I think her rates increased.

I don't expect this place to be around very long anyway. AACPD has been shutting down these places all over the county recently. I have no doubt they read these posts and Rubmaps too.

I remember it well, I shopped at that Giant for years. It's interesting how AA county seems to shut down these places ASAP while Howard county leaves them alone for the most part.
