The place is a total freaking dump. I wouldn't spend the night there. It is safer than a couple of the other dumps these girls use like Midtown or Rodeway Inn. I never stay any longer than it takes to drop a load in. The last time I tried to take a girl there for one of their hourly rooms, they didn't seem to be offering that anymore. That was about a year or so ago. Yea, the place is totally falling apart but I haven't seen the thugs hanging out like at some other places.

Its not a bad place at all the rooms be clean I been there they rent by the hour if you want to I meet several providers there. I never been there at night though but I'm sure the owners don't put up with none sense I would go there at night. It use to be 40 a hour it was 35 first few times I went so it might be more than 40 by now. But if a provider in the area only does outcalls or as in my case I meet chicks off of FB there it was cool.
