Yes, the area is very sketchy with a lot of empty storefront. Back in the 80's it was a nice and busy little shopping center. When the light rail moved in across the road the whole area began to slowly then quickly went to shit and stores like Giant Foods closed due to theft and criminal activity.

Anyway, I planned a visit first thing this morning but decided to abort the mission. There was an unmarked AACPD SUV facing IBC with a female officer inside. Maybe a coincidence but nothing else was open at that time and she was looking in that direction and not at the derelicts wandering around in the McDonald's parking lot behind her. I don't expect this place to be around very long anyway. AACPD has been shutting down these places all over the county recently. I have no doubt they read these posts and Rubmaps too.

I remember it well, I shopped at that Giant for years. It's interesting how AA county seems to shut down these places ASAP while Howard county leaves them alone for the most part.

Somebody asks about her about once a month. Massage is in a shed with no A / C. "VIP" Is her dancing in her underwear, no touching. Don't bother. I'm paraphrasing the 10 or so reports that all say the same thing about her.

I was planning on checking out IBC today but I got to the parking lot around 5 pm and there were quite a few sketchy looking people just loitering around the parking lot nearby. There were people just standing around and hanging out, people with suitcases walking across the lot, possibly some drug deals going on. This entire area has changed so much in just the past couple of years, I grew up not too far from here and I felt like I was in a different country. I think it's time to move to Carroll County. I'll try again soon and post a report, things just didn't feel right earlier today.

My house fee was only 70.

Regular HE rates.

Shower was too rough / fast paced.

Was in VA for work and need a massage of being out all day. Searched the site and for Blue Spa close by. No real set up, called to make sure they were open and drew Cocco. Went for the HB for $50. Asked about a shower and was shown to a stand up (already seems legit). Took a nice shower walked back to room and Cicco proceeds to give me a real nice legit rub down full body. After about 30 (felt that long) epically since we had a small chit chat the ST came. After the HE she got me a small bottle of water and offf I went. Not bad and would repeat.
