I see the models have different locations, and some say "Milwaukee / Irving Park". Do they service the Milwaukee, WI area or what are they referring to? If so do they put these girls up in hotels and then it's just incall to their rooms? Or do they have massage parlor location?

They have many locations but all in the Chicago area. "Milwaukee / Irving Park" refers to the location near the intersection of these two streets on the north side of Chicago. The use private residences or offices, not hotels.
