Not 24/7, and not every girl listed will be available the whole day. Earliest I've been able to see a girl has been 9 am, latest has been 6 pm but that doesn't mean they're not individually open later.

You contact their booker number, they'll reach out to the girl and see when she's leaving.

No. The cross streets are the location given. That specific location is near the six corners at milwaukee / irving / cicero.

I have not been to the suburb locations, but the ones in the city are all modified apartments.

They have many locations but all in the Chicago area. "Milwaukee / Irving Park" refers to the location near the intersection of these two streets on the north side of Chicago. The use private residences or offices, not hotels.
